1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp cornflour
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh root ginger
1 tbsp coarsely chopped garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped shallots
1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips
200g broccoli florets, blanched
6 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
100ml/3½fl oz Blue Dragon black bean sauce
150ml/5fl oz stock made with Beef Bovril
